At MVA Marketplace (the "Platform"), we act as a technological intermediary to facilitate virtual asset handovers between independent **Sellers/Providers** and **Buyers**. As a facilitator, we prioritize your transactional anonymity and data security.
We collect minimal information necessary to facilitate the connection between transacting parties:
Buyers, Sellers, and Providers acknowledge that much of the transaction coordination occurs via **Third-Party Communication Channels** (e.g., Telegram, Discord). MVA Marketplace does not own, control, or monitor these external platforms.
All transacting parties assume full risk for any data shared privately through these channels. We strongly recommend using ONLY our official, verified Support Admin handles listed in the footer to minimize risks.
Since MVA Marketplace is a non-party to the underlying agreement between the Buyer and the Provider, we do not store the permanent credentials of the accounts traded. Once the handover is confirmed and the 24-hour window expires, MVA Marketplace has no access to or control over the exchanged credentials.
Our "Premium Source Protection" protocol involves a one-time security audit of the virtual asset's history. This data is handled with extreme confidentiality and is used exclusively to facilitate a safe transfer from the **Provider** to the **Buyer**. We do not share this audit data with any external third parties or marketing agencies.
By using our facilitation services, you consent to the collection and temporary processing of transactional metadata. Users must be fully aware that performing these actions outside official server platforms is an intentional choice made at their own risk.
